Opals International Jewelers believes you will receive the best possible personal service when placing your order to our toll-free number. Since we cut, design and manufacture most of our gems and jewelry, we can provide you with specific information on quality, colors, sizes and custom creations regarding the items you are purchasing or wish to have made or modified. We are skilled at assisting you in placing the optimal order. This order form can only be used for domestic and Canadian orders only.

International customers should contact our international ordering department at 001-405-495-6610 or by email at opals@sirinet.net to place an international order or for further information. You will be contacted with shipping and custom costs as well as shipping for your country.

All UPS / Fedex shipments require a street address. A Post Office Box is insufficient, unless using US Mail. All fields are required and must be filled out.
