We are pleased to send you these samples with the hope that a match is found or that you like one or more of these Opals or Gems for your needs. For more information on Opals go to the Opal Story or Call us. We do ask that you provide the following information with any returns so that we may improve our service and search request. Even if you do not buy, we must have our shipping and handling billed and paid with your return of our merchandise. Once we inspect and return to inventory, we will credit your invoice minus any purchases and shipping and handling. We do not charge for our "search time", that is part of our individual service. If you return all the merchandise, please answer the following:

8. I would rather have a)pinfire, b) flashfire, c) rolling flash, d) special patterns To best serve your needs, please send a sample, picture or drawing/description of the opal you desire or Jewelry you need created. This will vastly improve our efficiency and quality of search.

Any other comments: For special needs or searches we can pursue our Australian Mine contacts, Hong Kong Dealers relationships. It will take a little longer time period and a slightly higher search expense. We can also put digital pictures on our Internet Wholesale and Retail Web Sites for your "private" viewing to help save shipping costs.
